Boris the Mad
Once known as Boris the Wise, he was a former wizard of the Order of the Scaled Spear. Last seen raving at The Broken Pyramid.
During the disastrous battle that marked the fall of the Order, Boris' heroics allowed them to close the abyssal gate. Unfortunately, this came at the cost of a lost arm and a terrible demon in his mind. It slowly drove him insane over the course of a few years, causing him to try dying and reincarnating to set himself to rights. While this regrew the arm, it also brought him back as a female wood elf. Eventually, in his madness, he tried to split himself from the demon with a combination of a few high level spells and ended up trapped inside a magical prison of his own making.
Renowned mercenary group Brenner's Best set him free, and slayed his demon. He has set up permanent residency at the ruins of the The Broken Pyramid, where he studies some ancient magical artifacts there.
