From the early days of science fiction comics with 'ray guns' to now, heroes ( and criminals! ) have been making use of the things for a long time. Here we build on the rules for Gadgets in the DC Heroes 3rd Editon rules for Gadgets that is found on page 112 of the core rulebook.
