Components
These over-clocked hair dryers have a Freakshow power supply, making them quiet and cool, compared to the large amount of airflow they produce. They can be dialed back to control the amount of air output. They have no filters, so any substance released near the inlets will be projected outward.
Limitations:
One pistol used without the other operates at -1AP to all powers.

This pair is known to exist. Nothing else has been seen that is quite like them.
That is not to say that it's impossible for someone to duplicate them!
But why would they?
These custom-built Rocket Pistols use the Exotic Weapons subskill of Weaponry. They cannot be used well via default. They can be used at a heavy Column Shift penalty by someone who is familiar with Air Blasts, with Sonic Blasts, or with Ray Guns, but those users should expect marginal success at best.
