This Condition can only apply to Gadgets; it's less expensive than the alternative.

The name of the Gadget must be written in Title Case.   A good description of the Gadget must include, at least by inference, what makes it targetable by a Take Away Combat Maneuver.   For this reduced layer of protection from adverse actions, the Hero Point cost of the final Gadget is divided by 4 at the conclusion of the Design Phase.
