Weren
The northern most city this side of Goden's Pass and carved into the middle of the dense woodlands of the Heprath Woods Weren is by far one of the most remote cities of the Kingdom.
Built on a large clearing in the center of the woods it was originally constructed as a trading outpost to facilitate trade with the elves and as a logging town to supply specific shipbuilding timber to Angelsfall. The city thrived and grew much faster than anyone anticipated. What was to be nothing more than perhaps a large village expanded beyond its borders and soon became a walled town and then a garrisoned city.
Though most of the buildings are predominately wood construction the city still boasts a very hefty stone defensive wall that looks to be to stop an invasion but is in fact just the simplest way to keep the woods and the creatures at bay. The Keepers of the City discovered long ago that nature will always reclaim its ground if given the option.
Trade
Almost every vice, want and need can be filled by the multitude of businesses that call this city home. Whore houses, Ale filled Inns, Libraries, Blacksmiths are all in abundance here. With the elves departure from most of the woods some decades ago the city now sustains itself by still supplying rare timbers and forestry products to the settlements in the south. With no constraints in place from elvish guardians, the city has recently escalated its clearing of the forest for profit much to the disgust of some and the benefits of others.Things to do:

- Explore the Tabaxi markets in the eastern quarter.
