Baron/Baroness
This rank is inherited by the eldest child of the current Baron or Baroness. In Orbico, only male offspring may inherit the title. In Belsa, Crystaria, Filhony, and Zel, the title is given to eldest child, whether male or female. If the Baron or Baroness has no offspring, the title moves to his or her next eldest sibling and their children. If the heir is under the age of 16, they gain the title, but their nearest relative aged 16 or older becomes their regent/advisor.
As there are no counts our countesses in Aglas. The barons and baronesses report directly to the Duke/Duchess of Aglas. In Filhony there are no barons or baronesses.
