Large muscular legs thanks to elephantiasis and a combination of drugs.
Special abilities
- Super Legs - Her legs are strong enough to jump very high, can shake the ground and can kick hard enough to break steel. They're incredibly dense, her bones are superhuman and the skin in her legs is nigh unbreakable.
Specialized Equipment
- Suit - She was given a suit to endure hits on her upper body. It has an indistinguishable exoskeleton inside of it increasing her durability, and upper body strength. It allows her to feel movement in the ground, so even blinded she can sense where people are. It also generates electricity from her movements, allowing her to discharge it from her kicks whenever she has built up enough of a charge.

Personal history
Born in East Harlem, Ramona was raised by two loving parents middle class parents. Her mother a dentist and her father a plumber. They spent almost all their savings trying to fix their daughter, who was born with elephantiasis. When she was 12 her family was approached by the N.Y.N corporation. She was going to be one of the first people to try a newly created drug to fix the issue. The procedure was only partly a success, and the unnatural growths all went down but the size of her legs stayed the same. After another corporation stepped in as well they gave her a drug that increased the muscle mass and bone density in her legs. Shortly after she discovered she could kick clean through steel and shake the ground if she stomped. She was put into training by the two companies, as well as signed into contracts and never looked back.
In her first foray into heroics she went by Mighty Mija/Mijita, the name given by her family, but her neighbors jokingly called her Thunder Thighs or T.T. for short. T.T. she was okay with, Thunder Thighs would get you smacked. She had more freedom as a hero during this period as she helped stop robberies and fights in her area. She had fun plenty of time to have fun with her friends and got home often enough to enjoy being a normal person.
As her fame rose the company wanted her to change her name. They changed it to Mija Thunder, and gave her a suit to go with it. She started getting scheduled in to patrol different burroughs to raise her visibility so she could gain more fans by interacting with other heroes.
Once she was known all over New York the companies made her into a star and again changed her name. She was now Honey Thunder, and her suit was very easy on the eyes, her schedule was packed and she was now constantly busy. Going anywhere she was told and fighting people who were only worth it from a P.R. perspective.
She became somewhat unhappy at barely seeing her family, and having all her decisions made for her. Her fame put her in a place to have enough pull to force them to change her contract. She asked to be able to go back to patrol all of New York, and to go back to Mija Thunder. To which she still goes by today.
