Marionetta

Marionetta has strings that lead up to nowhere attached to her hands, head and legs. Her mouth also now looks like a puppets, taking on more of a wooden appearance.

Esmerelda Kain was ambitious and loved to have fun, she wasn't going to let anything get in her way of living successful life. She didn't to be like her mother, angry at everyone because she had to take care of her children, rather than chase her dreams. She deeply resented her mother for that, and wanted a better life as fast as possible. She began working for a bank that was known for predatory loans. She had know problem with it as long her bonuses kept coming. She helped kick a huge number of people out their houses, and never gave a second thought about it.

She did at one house though, it was very old and worn down, barely held together by an old couple. They could barely move themselves, and their joints creaked as loud as the old floorboards. She marveled at the possible choices this old poor couple could make, to end up in this rat shack, begging to keep it anyway. It visibly disgusted her, and made her feel uneasy and hard to breathe. Like smoke was welling up behind her throat anytime she looked at the roof. She even began to feel stiff just standing inside of the house. She actually considered letting it go since they wanted the trash so bad, until her boss texted the price they could just for the land. The couple and most of their things were gone by the next evening, all except the attic.

Thinking maybe there was enough left for a garage sale, she made her into the attic. Which was locked shut until now, where there was an expertly designed room. Everything pristine, clean and brand new. With a marionette doll right in the center surrounded by a weird circle on the floor. As soon she reached over the circle to touch it, it grabbed her first. It crawled over her an attached its strings to her, taking over her body, and then her mind.
