The Phoenix Crew's (former) banker, and foremost numbers and business specialist. One of the coterie's first members.
After The Incident and having to assume a new identity. James Sullivan is finely dressed, but now wears a more discreet wool jacket and six-pence hat.
Even as he shows himself to be jovial and eccentric on most nights, he does have a callous streak. Not shying from cold murder when it suits the situation, or even Diablerie.
(Unliving) as a banker...
"The Incident" occured after he joined up with the Phoenix Crew. Where after solving the mystery behind a series of murders, where the victims were left empty of blood. He and his coterie got caught by the police. Fortunately for his coterie mates they were never identified. Unfortunately for Frank he was, and was promptly forced to go underground for a few nights as he burned several of his assets and assumed a new identity: that of James Sullivan.
After returning to the coterie as James he joined them on a mission to save the Malkavian Primogen. A last chance at not being executed by the Camarilla court for a violent breach of the Masquerade. The mission successful. James became reintegrated into the NY Camarilla, and joined Rianne Dalby as her morgue assistant. However, mid-December 2023. A feeding went horribly wrong. James elected for leave New York in self exile, to spare himself and his coterie the consequenses of this Masquerade breach.

An older man and rich banker in life. Frank Clark looks like a dapper silver fox. Silvery white hair, with hair finely combed back and a finely trimmed, combed and overall maintained beard and moustache. With sleek, tuxedo-like suits to really show his wealth.After The Incident and having to assume a new identity. Though Frank has the patience to hold back and only act when appropriate, he has a prefference for tackling situations head-on, and in unconventional ways.Even as he shows himself to be jovial and eccentric on most nights, he does have a callous streak.
