Annabelle Triabell

Toreador Primogen of the Chicago Camarilla. Amongst the kindred of Chicago she is the most prominent hostess of parties, gallas, and Elysium. To the point of holding the title of Keeper of Elysium unofficially.

Appearance

A caucasian woman in her mid-20s. With ash-blonde hair that is kept at shoulder-length, though some kindred note she at times has longer hair. Implying she purposely cuts and styles it every night to keep it at a style she currently sees as fashionable.

Personality

To most she is the classical example of a Toreador diva. Self-absorbed, vain and with a surface-level appreciation of the arts. However, a few kindred do catch a hint every now and again of a truly cunning predator, hiding under the veneer of a vain, self-absorbed diva. Such kindred include Caspian Milos and Charles Davids.

History

Born around the early 18th century to a musician and a sex worker. Annabelle sometimes speaks of her childhood as a "started at the bottom now i'm here" story. Her parents earned meager livings, and when her father found himself between patrons and without money, and her mother was jailed. She lived a long time always on the brink of starvation. When her father worked for a brief time as one of king Louis XV's musicians, and one day brought her to one of the king's courts. She decided to make a noble of herself. So neither she nor her parents would ever worry for coin or of hunger ever again.
With her youthful beauty, charms and musical talents she soon found herself welcomed amongst the courts, ballrooms, and bedchambers of parisian nobility. It was in 1722 in one of these courts she caught the eye of the spanish noblewoman Maria. Taking a liking to Annabelle, Maria revealed her nature as a kindred to the courtier and offered the Embrace, and a new immortal life in the New World. With promises of wealth and beauty. And Annabelle accepted.

Annabelle roamed with Maria around the New World for 200 years before arriving in Chicago during the height of the Jazz Age. Whilst Maria was the more promising kindred for taking the title of Toreador Primogen for its previous holder. Maria made it clear she didn't want the title. Annabelle however, did. She only became Toreador Primogen in 1983, after decades of political maneuvering. But after receiving the title has made great use of its priviliges. Often found in the Court vying for more priviliges for the Toreador in Chicago as a whole.

Bret Stryker

Annabelle's childer and most recent kindred lover. Few kindred in Chicago are unaware they are in an active relationship, as they both behave like drama queens whom won't shut up about their relationship problems.

Aluc Romas de Leon

A fellow patron of the arts. Annabelle show great admiration for Aluc, and values his insight on art and on hosting social gatherings.
Some kindred have noticed a rivalry between the two. Though the consensus on whether this is a friendly one-upmanship, or an active attempt from both parties to establish superiority as art patrons, collectors and hosts, is unceratin. Annabelle has been noted to have been especially ruthless at times.
