Hayase is a thrill-seeker, celebrity Ark Runner, and well-known vigilante of Metropolis. While he and his team have earned more than enough money to retire to a wealthier borough, Hayase is a natural-born adventurer and has no interest in kicking back or taking anything easy.
Hayase is a skilled magical adept who has worked as a vigilante hero from a very young age. The second he was old enough to do so, he signed on as an Ark Runner, and has experienced explosive success in both fields, leading to his celebrity status. While he is friendly and eager to talk to fans, he tends to infuriate paparazzi with harmless but embarrassing pranks during his getaways.
