The Branch of the Thief
The Branch of the Thief is home to most of the "safer" settlements in Outlaw Space. The Thief's Branch is unofficially controlled by the Iben Syndicate but it's also home to thousands of other criminal organizations that operate in and out of Congress and Temple space.
Natives of the Thief use magic and tech depending on which is more advantageous in the moment, although tech is slightly more common.
