Pharasum

This small moon once orbited a small unihabited planet used as a luxury retreat by Congress members. When the Wizard Volkner was ejected from the Congress he employed considerable magic and teleported Pharasum from the King to the tip of the Thief as revenge. Freed from its orbit, one side of this moon is permanently dark.
