Dora (Door ah)
The city in the sky, Dora was the first of the Mothers creations. When she found Solime she danced through the mountains and the peaks split from the base as her fingers ran through them and that's where they stayed, so the legend goes.
Dora was one of the first established city's of Solime. To live in this location full time it is best to have some sort of winged or flying capability though it is not entirely necessary. The grand city of Dora is very open and welcome to new travellers and have introduced various ways of travelling from one summit to the next but please do be careful around the windows and ledges.

Government
The laws and regulations in Dora are set or changed by the King of Dora. One does not question the King on why things have changed or why certain rules are made but if one does seek answers to their questions or to bring forth ideas for the city, you would seek a court with the Queen who will choose which is of importance to discuss with the King.
Defences
To arrive in Dora if you are not of the winged variety you would have to be met by the cities guards who would decide if you were suitable to enter their grand settlement. Once they have decided you are in fact suitable you would be lifted by wind powered carriage to the gates of Dora.
The outer caps of Dora once you are there are much less heavily defended but to go to the inner castle peak you would find many armoured guardsmen that increase in mass/size as you get closer to the Kings chamber wing.
