REPORT 524 UNIT 2 GREYWATCH INTELIGENCE    This report is evaluating the military readiness of the 20 Duchies and the state of the world. 1. The Military is in dire need of increased funding. The excessive spending of the duke on frivolous activities has siphoned money from the war coffers and seriously damaged the country's readiness for war, the largest failing being the walls and garrison around Westmarsh. This is a key settlement if there were to be an attack be the Confederation but has been sorely neglected because of its low political power. The good points are that Dravor Greybank has kept the Greybank military in much better shape, the garrison and other forces would be enough to hold the city and some surrounding areas.   2.Unknown *REDACTED*. These attack have been carried out on our soil and it is still not certain what the cause is. Fortunately so far they have been in low population areas, however this could change and be very damaging. The *REDACTED* fallout of these attacks has yet to be cleaned up.   3. Increase in *REDACTED*. They have become larger and more powerful. The attacks have also become more frequent from both the The brekka forest and the Allowin heights. They seem coordinated but there is no evidence to this. They also coincide with point 2. but they could be unrelated.   4. Confederation. They are clearly gearing up for war, troops have been moving towards the boarder for the last 6 months, they have been trying to hide this. There are roughly 3 army groups, this amounts to about 300,000 men and logistical support. 1 army is strangely positioned on their north eastern boarder next to the The brekka forest, our information suggests that this may be the *REDACTED* acting to secure the last of the *REDACTED* from the elves. The other two armies are positioned around Highfall and Modin, ready to attack our southern boarder. These 2 armies alone are much to great to fend off in out current military position, and they confederation have access to at least 2 more army groups. The upside is that most of the army is made up from conscripts from the western side so they may be disaffected by the confederate rule and be worse fighters or defect to our side given the right incentive.   5. Varisar. King Ferrath the 3rd is posturing on the boarder with the Tannaman Empire again, however this time it seems more serious and could result in some minor skirmishes. It appears that Tambor or the Ginera are not taking the treat too seriously as there have been no serious too mobilizations in the empire. If it does end in war it could spill onto our eastern boarder, but the garrisons in the area should be enough to see it off.   6. Lhegar. Currently the plague seems to be limited to Lhegar and not spreading but that could change. All countries are maintaining the blockade and stopping all travel out of the country.
