The Maratam Harp - Asleep

Description:

A beautiful silver harp with a core of ancient obsidian dragon bones and scales. The artwork upon the harp is said to change depending on the one viewing it, but almost all depict an ancient cloaked being fighting hordes of dark giant demonic creatures. Behind the ancient being, a golden city of light seems to glimmer and glow. Depicted through a beautiful hand carved stone that glows when absorbing sunlight to give the city itself a warmer orangish appearance. Though the brighter the city becomes, the darker the giant demonic creatures seem to get. The strings themselves, are noted to be made from the mane a howling dragon that once stalked the lands as an apex beast. And when played seem to cause the carved scene to dance out showing an intense magical battle between the giant demons and the cloaked figure whos eyes glow redder with intensity.
 

Item Effect:

However, if the user rolls below a DC 18 without there modifiers to playing this harp. All spell effects will reverse there intended target, chosing the most inopportune enemy or ally for the spell effect to go off on instead.
