Gauntlets of Hydraulic Power
Description:
Made from the muscles of spellgaunts that have been dried out and worked into the shape of a gauntlet. The "hydraulic powered" gauntlets are dotted with gemstones, gold and silver bars and sewn together using mythril silk. Though the design simple, with the insignia of Vikeret "The Cryptic Crafter" of the notorious Cryptic Kabal being the only real art displayed upon the guantlets. The gemstones and metal seem to shimmer around both the finger tips and the wrist. With two gemstones per each flexible golden or silver plate around the wrist and a gemstone dotting the tips of the golden fingers, allow for this gauntlet to absorb magic almost naturally from the world around it. The gemstones each glittering and changing shape to small insectoids that gather the magic like a silk thread. The mythril silk glittering as the magic then makes its way inside the guantlet.When looking inside the gauntlet one would be shocked to see the brutality of the item. Each golden finger where the gemstones seem to make direct contact with the leather are pierced with fine needles. Each that pricks into the tips of the fingers when worn. The item then when your hand is fully inside and properly connected begins to sew the mythril silk into your wrist. As more fine needles begin to pierce all around the wrist. Though one would think at first this was a torture device, the direct contact with the inner workings of the body are needed to activate the device proper. A user can expect a bit of numbness and tingling coming from the hands that where them at all times.
Item Effect:
Though a numbing agent is put into effect, the user does take 1d4+1 bleed damage that immediatly will stop after initial damage.Secondary effect, when using this item the user is able to sacrfice 1d4+1 hp, in exchange for up to one 5th level spell back, or one 3rd and one 2nd. Basically totaling to the amount you rolled for damage in exchange for your spell slots back. Note this item can not grant spell slots higher then the user can cast. Nor does it grant access to spells that do not exist.

Spellgaunt leather
Due to the spellgaunts natural elasticity as a creature and its ability to absorb magic more naturally then most species. The user can add a +2 to the amount of spell slots rolled without a change in the hp. (I.e Tera rolls a 1d4+1 and gets a 4, she now adds a +2 to a total of 6 spell slots returned to her). Also in exchange for the strength of the creature, this item counts as a +1 natural armor. While granting a Spell Resistance (SR) 6Gold and Silver Plating
With the mythril silk added and the multiple gemstones, each plate seems to act as an almost magical storage. This allows the wielder to store spells on the item up to 1st level at a total of 4 spells able to be stored. Important note, the spells once stored do give indications as to what spells they are.
