Belt of Grunaga

Description:

An ancient artifact that seems to be asleep, but is believed to be Garunga's Great Grandfathers or the first of the Jotun kings as he was rumored. The Dark King who sat upon the throne and told his master no, is what is written in common across the belt. The rest are in Jotun and abyssal and seem to be needed to activate the item. The belt itself otherwise is hard to distinguish from a normal belt of Jotun strength.
