Javero, a highly talented human wizard of 56, serves as the esteemed Head Court Wizard to Duke Richard Runeshire, a position he has honorably held for nearly a decade.
Born and raised into the affluent House Vezner, his privileged upbringing allowed him to study at the renowned Vezner Academy, where he specialized in the Transmutation school of magic. Javero's most notable academic achievement was his controversial thesis on the probability of travel outside Regalia, a topic deemed impossible due to the Tempest Ring's dual nature of destroying sea vessels and magically sealing the continent against magical egress. His groundbreaking dissertation remains a foundational text for discussions surrounding the Tempest Ring's mysteries. His numerous magical achievements led to his recruitment by the influential faction, the Arcane Episteme. Within the Episteme, Javero rose through the ranks, undertaking various adventures and studying magical anomalies, eventually earning the prestigious title of Master Rank, or Arcanist, before his transfer to Runeshire.
