Olferius (Ole - fur - I - us)
Olferius is a large city located to the northwestern border of the Astar Kingdom. It is home of the Nirinath Family and one of the many cities housing the headquarters of the Bloodguard Adventurers Guild. The Order of Istus helps influence the laws and governance of the city.

The city has a fortified wall that is twenty feet thick with towers that overlook the Salismeda Strait, the Shauterel Gorge, and the valley the city is nestled in.

Enclave of Eldritch Lore: A mercenary society of mages who seek out hidden truths about eldritch beings.
Order of the Sacred Shield: A guild of warriors of connected to the Foundation of Pelor who defend the innocent.
The Seer's Eye: A veiled congregation of the devoted who harness faith to ascend societal ranks.
The Silent Blades: A hidden faction who dismantles tyranny from the shadows. Symbols and rumors about the faction have been seen around the city, hidden as graffiti on buildings.
History
The city was built shortly after the Blighted Curse Era. While the citizens of the city are trying to help the Astar Kingdom rebuild from the Deadly Blight, they focus on making it a safe place for the tieflings to feel safe.
Geography
The city is located in a valley at the base of the Shauterel Gorge with the Salismeda Strait on the northwest side of the city. A river runs southwest of the city, dubbed the Nokomark River.
Climate
The city's climate is warm with cool mornings filled with dense fog from the sea and chilly evenings. By being near the strait, heavy rainfall often occurs.
