Mudstop
A small tavern and inn located on the banks of the Godswollen River. Run by the family of Nukra Ukobishven.
The Mudstop offers a halfway rest-stop along the Godswollen , between the Old Torrent Falls and the Stonesky Drainage, and is a popular trading spot between the Warlords of the Deadlands, the Merchantry of the Torrent and traders from the Shimmerlands.

Defences
The family has no real defences other than the patronage of their Lord Ukobis and the benefit their location and services provides all those who visit. it is an near scrosanct, but unspoken, agreement between Shimmerland tribes, Warlorld gangs and merchantry officials alike to treat the Mudspot as neural ground. Any disagreement that escalates between individuals is immediately policed by the many regulars at the tavern. Serious disagreements are taken off-site.
Infrastructure
The main tavern building has a small kitchen and a busy bar area, with a number of upstairs rooms for travellers to sleep. There is also an extensive storage area undergound, with clever cooling systems powered by the waters of the Godswollen River.
Points of interest
The Mudspot is also the closest settlement to the Ruins of Dam Nation, which brings the occasional visiting scholar or explorer. The family is at pains to disuade any from distubing the ruins for fear of reprisal from the Lords of Fire.
