Dreamer Council
The Dreamers are a semi-political faction and a branch of Government within the The Iterative Assembly of Chettera. Members of the Dreamers Council are picked by the Indivisual Troops in whatever matter they see fit. Howver, the idea is to bring forth the most creative and outgoing of thier people, as well as the best teachers their tribes has to offer so that they can work to teach the rest of society how to function. It is rare nowadays that a member of the Council will also lead a tribe at the same time, as the duties can be taxing to hold both offices. However, dual office is not banned, and is still seen sometimes even today.
The Dreamers job as a governmental branch is to come up with new ideas to implement. They serve paritally as the Legislative branch in that they will write new bills to be considered into the Law. A Good Member of the Dreamer faction will be curious, eager, and willing to try new things at all times.
The Make up the council is as fluid as the the Chet's philosophy. Typically, it is a between 300-500 representative members of most Troops. Traditionally, Dreamers were Exclusively women who were leaders, or appointed by leaders of the thousands of tribes on Chettera. However, in recent decades, Men have been seen more and more on the Dreamers Council. As usually, there was no historic precadent set that allowed men to serve. It just happened over time.
The Leader of the Dreamers is called the Exemplar. They sevre as the Head of State and Government of the Chet, and the Head Teacher of the People. The Exemplar is usually elected from within the Dreamer Council, but as always, exception apply. The current Exemplar is Exemplar Thiben
