Close to K'mosia, and yet unlike its feline friends close by in the archipelago nor the rulers of the closest large continent, its inhabited by Taur of the more cervine style ethnicity. They dwelled there in peace until odd events of mischief toppled their sense of order. In roughly 150CSP, a passing human ship had a "witch" on board as a prisoner, and when they didn't take her threats seriously, it was said she cursed a part of the crew into twisted lycanthropes. The ship made a hasty stop, and tried to throw off all the cursed people, and the witch with them. Its unknown what happened to the witches, but the Taur tribes were so under-equipped to deal with the strange monsters, that they either ran away from them, or only befriended them enough to defile their bloodline for the future. What started as possibly just five lycanthropes became an infestation mixed into the Taur themselves.   The Rekettan Empire came along in the later 500s, and colonized the bay area. They found the forests to be a more dangerous place, and culled some of the werewolves, while slaving and adding a few of the surviving Taur to their aggriculture numbers. From there began New Rolmira, a larger network settlement that lasted a few centuries under imperial control.
