This subdivision of W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. is specifically tailored to internal security and technological affairs. This department is dedicated to fostering the growth of operatives who pursue hacking as a career, primarily Base Operatives. There is also a lot of emphasis on promoting agents and pushing them to expand their knowledge and growth in the tech industry. However, many suspect that this is simply a way of the agency pruning out those who can be seen as a threat due to being too talented in the means of hacking and may therefore consequently contribute to the demise of the organization by using their skills against the company.   This is often combated in public-facing bulletins that are issued around the company. The Cunea division is often shown in a positive light, and those who have gone through the program are publicly celebrated and promoted to display an example for people to strive towards and not be afraid of repercussions. This organization also hosts The Webworm event to identify special agents and improve the company's security systems all at once.

Commander McCox gives newbies the rundown:   You think you're smart enough to join The Webworm, huh? You probably are. Real sharp. I can see the potential already. Now, some people have questionable ideals about Cunea, the sub-organization who runs the event. They think that this is some kind of elaborate plot to sniff out who might be too talented at W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. or something like that, but those rumors are false. I mean, if the company wanted to get rid of you, they'd probably do it regardless of if you signed up to The Webworm or not. And why would they get rid of you? If you're talented, you can help them. Just make sure you keep those talents in favor of the agency and not against it. If an op goes rogue...   ...I can't help ya there...
