Cladopto

This division within the W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. organization was created specifically to assist Junior Sprouts who have graduated out of the program. When these young teens have successfully completed their Final Assignments, they may still need further guidance, help, and support in order to thrive successfully as an official operative at the agency. This program works to nourish young minds, allowing them to continue asking questions, growing, and practicing before being thrown out into the real world with high stakes and consequences.
Cladopto provides a safe space for Sprouts to share any troubles they may be facing without judgment. This division also encourages the Sprouts to stay connected to those close friends and partners they were able to bond with during the program. Instead of abruptly breaking everyone up and throwing them all into their respective ranks and roles, this program allows Sprouts to continue the group learning approach, through which they can explore their individually chosen fields while still remaining connected to the network they previously established, communing, conversing, and supporting each other in daily endeavors. The gradual weaning process has proven exceedingly more effective than previous methods in retaining agent population numbers, reducing casualties, and cutting back on detrimental errors made by teen and young adult employees in the field due to inexperience, stress, and anxiety.

Commander McCox gives newbies the rundown:   Cladopto is relatively new. It was created because...between you and me...let's just say that some of the time, money, energy, and attention the organization spends to train kids was...going to waste. The Junior Sprout program is good and all, but they noticed a sad trend of culture shock. Taking those Sprouts and throwing them into the field where they have less support, immediately cutting off their network and assigning them to solo missions or giving them partners who are at a whole different level can really take its toll on those poor kids.   I can't spill all the details, but within a few weeks after Junior Sprout graduations, the agency ended up with a lot less operatives than they thought they'd have. Like, A LOT less. Agent populations fluctuate a lot here, if you know what I mean, but this was so drastic, it got the attention of Higher-Ups. That's not to be taken lightly. The situation required immediate action, and the company responded quickly.   Don't worry, though. That won't happen to you, or anyone else, for that matter. Now, we've got Cladopto.
