The WILLOWISP organization is proud to announce the Cladopto transitionary program. From this point forward, Junior Sprouts will no longer immediately be assigned to agent ranks after graduating the Junior Sprout program.   This program is designed to make sure that young aspiring agents are equipped with the knowledge, power, and ability they need to become the best operatives they can. We understand that learning in books and even through brief training missions within WILLOWISP laboratories and headquarters are not always sufficient when training a young agent for the likes of the outside world. In addition to higher stakes posed, there is more pressure and unpredictability that comes with real life missions. These operations are also often accompanied by other unstable factors such as new environments, strange lingo and terminology, the people who are giving the missions also are not accustomed to behaving as if they are helping a new one learn. they are treating these new operatives as if they are experienced agents who have a lot of training and have already gone on previous missions in the past. Also, these new Sprouts are often joined by unfamiliar partners, or are even tasked to complete missions alone. Studies have shown that those sprouts who were allowed to be assigned to a person they found familiar were more likely to succeed than a sprout who was paired with an anonymous stranger.
