POSTER
SOME OF THE THINGS IN THIS ARTICLE ARE LIKELY REDUNDANT FROM Regarding the Sprouts....
I just KNEW I already did a document and couldn't find it for some reason, so I thought it got deleted. Now, when making this one, I realized there were TWO document articles with similar sentiments (or at least they connected to the same thing in my head) so I need to sort out which of this document will go where. The linked article will be the foundational document, this one will be a motivational poster that encourages people to enroll in the program, because it is technically optional.
Allow me time to sort it all out. thank you for your patience.

Background
Art was used to create an appealing poster that would encourage Junior Sprouts to enroll in the program. While some Sprouts don't feel the need, due to confidence (sometimes overconfidence), others are are more hesitant to enter the field without additional training. There are two types of the posters. One set tries to encourage those who are afraid to know they are not alone and that the program is here to help them. The other set of posters is more targetting of those who are poised with overconfidence and letting them know that they may need additional help to be the best they can be. Some posters show statistics of the survival rates ofthe amount of agents who went through the programs. These campaigns are run to
