This is the title for those who are transitioning from Junior Sprouts into their full-blown roles of being an official agent at W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P.. The transitional program was invented fairly recently due to the fact that some students were having a hard time even after initially passing their Final Assignment. Once separated from their team members and thrown into the field, many young operatives eventually either failed a misssion horribly, somehow became terribly compromised, made a horrendous error, or it otherwise became apparent that the agent did not know what they were doing. There are even stories of these young agents perishing shortly after graduation. This seemed to the company to be considered a complete waste of time with training, and even more of a liability that these agents were not well-equipped to do what they were intentioned to do. Thus, this role was born.   During this program run by Cladopto, the former Junior Sprouts are allowed to stay with their assigned groups and are sent on various test missions, along with some in-field 'missions' with lower stakes or casual objectives. Persons of this rank are typically teens or young adults.   Other Introductory Interns who were not initially part of the Junior Sprout program may go through similar training exercises, but they are more expected to know and catch on to what needs to be done. If mature agents display such incompetence, they would likely either be reverted back into an Introductory Intern, transferred into a non-agent employment position at the company, or possibly terminated from the entire W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. agency.   The company is more lenient with children as they are aware
