Duchy of Ethicar
This is the Duchy encompassing the Southwestern part of Valdranan and has the strongest connections with Twixtolv and the various political and economic movers and shakers on the continent. The area outside the city is populated with small hamlets and subsistence farms. There are a number of cities, including Ethicar which is where the political influence of Twixtolv is strongest and Reliara which is home to much of the world's religious influencers.
