Aarakocra
Hailing from the jagged Ngari Mountains that split the sky between Gutrope and the Hivelands, the aarakocra are a proud and isolationist people. Their remote monasteries hold the knowledge of ages past, which they protect with ferocity.
Aarakocra are often driven by curiosity and an altruistic desire to learn from the past. They can often come off as proud or aloof to other races, as they believe that they are doing the world a great service, while many people are totally unaware of their existence.
