Peccatum
Peccatum is an independant city of sin. It was founded over 900 years ago, near the beginning of the 9th Age of Calamity, by a group of 7. The 7 made a council, which still rules Peccatum to this day, and is known as the Seven Sinners, with the Original Sinners being referring to their founders.
Peccatum is a neutral city and rarely involves itself directly in war, but on occassions offer to be an intermediate between two waring factions.
The city is known far and wide by the freedom it gives to be yourself, worship those you wish, and do as you please, granted it doesn't violate their law.
