Constitution of the Unified Rusfaeris

This agreement was meant to establish the standard laws and practises of the whole country after the end of the Civil War. This has been largely successful so far despite the need for some minor amendments.

The agreement was needed to try and end the war and finally bring about peace between the waring parties. Reunification was necessary for the country to stand a chance in the foreign wars and finally end the Long Wars.

1. Changes to the military.
2. The establishment of a single army for the united country.
3. Constitutional change.
4. The removal of those that caused the war from positions of power.
5. The establishment of a new Regency Council for the time of the Tsar's minority.
6. Then the use of a meritocratic council to aid in decision making.

Hundreds of copies were made and sent out to each village to inform the people of the new constitution.

The Constitution was necessary to end the Civil War which had caused devastation across the country. The roots of this conflict had begun over a thousand years ago so despite the brief lull in conflict there was a lot of difficult feelings that needed to the dealt with.

It changed the structure of power in the country. The Tsar's Highest Circle was removed from existence and was instead replaced first by the Regency Council and then the Tsar's Council which are more meritocratic and so were more helpful to the Tsar's governing of the country.

The general population were happy with the agreement to end the conflict which had been destroying their life and livelihoods.

The nobility were less keen as they saw the establishment of new councils as a threat to their power and social standing.

It has helped to bring about peace within the country and improve the governing of the nation.
