Personal history
As of early 24 ARL, Tellarch was stationed in the trade town of Blotch, serving as a spy on behalf of Catalus. He was present when the Animus Society's presence and experiments began to affect the settlement. When adventurers came to deal with the problem, one of them, Othar Spinebreaker, came across him and made an arrangement to also receive intel and investigative support.
Tellarch was the one who eventually found the true Animus Society mastermind: While the adventurers were busy fighting their way into the dungeon and rescuing the child imprisoned there, Tellarch managed to discover that the local moneychanger was suspicious. When he went to confront him, he found himself instantly evaporated by a burst of magic.
Fortunately, Tellarch had taken the liberty of leaving a part of himself at a safe distance. When Othar and Knight came to investigate the noise, Catalus appeared with a cup containing the tiny ooze that remained. Tellarch was subsequently able to explain what had happened, putting the adventuring party back on Grey's trail.
