Ability Score Racial Traits. +2 Dexterity, +3 Intelligence, –2 Constitution, -1 Charisma
Age. Although elves reach physical maturity at about the same age as humans, the elven understanding of adulthood goes beyond physical growth to encompass worldly experience. An elf typically claims adulthood and an adult name around the age of 100 and can live to be 750 years old.
Alignment. Valmyrri Elves are an empire that has spanned millenia, and as such they value law and order and tradition more than other elves. They are more often good than neutral.
Size. Valmyrri Elves range from under 5.5 feet to 6.5 feet in height and have slender builds. Their size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other non-Elven language, as well as their Valmyrran dialect of Elvish, which has differences in accent, pronunciation, slang and some vocabulary from the other Elven dialects.
Elven Immunities. Valmyrri, as all elves, are immune to magic sleep effects and gain a +2 saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects.
Elven Magic. They receive a +2 racial bonus on Spell Resistance checks made to overcome spell resistance. In addition, if any checks are required to identify the properties or use of a magic items, Valmyrri elves receive a +2 racial bonus on the check.
Weapon Familiarity. They are proficient with longbows and shortbows (including composite), longswords and rapiers, besides class-based proficiencies. They are also proficient with any weapon with the word “elven” in its name.
Keen Senses. They receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks.
Close to the Sea. Any checks associated with oceans or seas receive a +2 racial bonus.
Low-Light Vision. They can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
