Jain's Guard

Jain's Guard is the personal guard and escort of Jain Brightarc the Light's Chosen.   Notable members of the Honor Guard: Captain Arika Trueheart, Naoria Dawn, Lune Skyno, Erin Sunvale, Arcyria Stary, Felt Southen and Darren Ironsun

History

Creation & Composition

Plans to create a personal retinue for the Light's Chosen was made by High Priestess Erenia Braveheart to be able to have Jain accompany and inspire the soldiers in the army. Braveheart would however die in the 1st Siege of Night's End before she could complete it. The new High Priestess Rina Trueheart together with Patriarch Eryk Dawn would put the plan into reality in the year 10 443 with the formation of what would be most commonly known as Jain's Guard.   The unit was to be divided into two: the normal Guard and the Honor Guard.

• The Guard is made up of 100 experienced soldiers.
• The Honor Guard is only made up of a few persons who are more of companions and friends to Jain than just bodyguards, though they have sworn their life defending her.

 

The Chosen War

The first battle Jain's Guard would take part in was the 2nd Siege of Night's End but would not engage in battle.  

Currant Events

The guard would follow and continue with the army with the Invasion of Nhal.
