The homes of the those rejected from the city, no longer considered civilians. Packs fighting for control over resources.
As it's name implies, this is where the garage and refuse of the city gets dumped, along with where the ocean current dumps trash from other islands along the shore. The southern peninsula of the island is all garbage caught on underwater rocks; there is no land above the water line despite looking to the contrary.
Packs in the south are the most varied, and the largest consentration of Degenerate Packs on the island. Many here are poor, undereducated, and have been run out of their familiy packs for undesirable traits. They also screw to the younger side, most of the populaton under 30 and dying young.

| The main docks where goods are imported/exported, both legal and not. Packs are extremely tightknit because of the secrets that pass though, and outsiders are rarely welcome | Legal or not, there is always a market for things no one wants to talk about. the utmost discretion is advised. You saw someone shopping in the night marker? No you did not. | The smallest and most isolated district, wall on one side, trash and sea on the other three. Named for the derelict LightHouse that still partially stands. Only a few packs survive there, and its considered safer to pass just pass though the city if needing to move from the south to north side for any reason. |
