Humans (Homo sapiens) are the most mysteries and widespread species of sentient biologicals, characterized by bipedalism and large, complex brains. This has enabled the development of advanced tools, culture, and language. Humans are highly social and tend to live in complex social structures composed of many cooperating and competing groups, from families and kinship networks to political states. Social interactions between humans and other sentient species have led to the establishment of a wide variety of values, social norms, and religious beliefs, which bolster human society.
Their almost identical anatomy and biology to Deas and the ancient Jyiwi have led many to believe that humans are either a subspecies of Deas or a creation that the Jyiwis somehow never intended to create.
