High elf’s are very Similar to other elven species in their physiology with some differences. High elf’s have lighter bones due to living higher up making them lighter than most . As well as that they have yellowed or pale peace skin as an amazing sense of vision with their eye sight slowing them to see much further than most .

High elf’s live the longest but also have the longest cycle . They can only reproduce 1 every 25 years with low fertility rates . They also have the longest gestation period being pregnant for up to 3 years longer than an elf’s heal 1.5 years.
Growth Rate & Stages
High elf’s reach an adult stage similar to humans at around 20-25 however they do not reach full sexual maturity till around 75 years old.
Ecology and Habitats
High elf’s as the name suggest are adapted to nights such as mountains and high planes . Their adaptation is also specially tuned to live in areas of high magic concentration such as the golden mountains. Witch is seen as their ancestral home land.
Dietary Needs and Habits
High elf’s live if a mostly poultry diet favours very lean bird meats . However they also consume lots of herbs and vegetables, mostly greens . These greens such as kale , broccoli and different beens make up a large bulk of their diet .

Elves commonly do not receive a first name until they turn 75 once they do they chose a name for themselves historically they would pick a name that meant something to them based on many reason . However it is now common for them to use human names due to their intermingling.

History
High elf’s like all elf’s are the creation of the goddess Merterna. The high elf’s come from a region high up in the clouds where the few dare to tread . The area is so rich in mana the elves that found refuge there developed adept at manipulating it and became powerful wielded of magic . There distinct physical features as well as their name derive from their homeland a range of mountains known as the Golden mountains .

High elf’s have a normal relationship with most races expect for the orks and dwarves who they regularly quarrel with . They are also not all to found of the other eleven races either having bitter temperaments to each other .
