Surviving Mykentian forces under Admiral Kosos agree through the United Nations to be allowed a permanent base on the moon, in exchange for technology. As part of the technology exchange, the Mykentians are allowed to choose which companies to contract for replenishment and replacement of supplies and equipment. They invariably bypass the large, established companies, perceiving that they already have a dangerous hold on the governments of Earth.

Anatos Ambushed
Military: BattleThe Anatos fleet discovers that the Restoration Fleet is gathering near Rem'at, within range of Mykentia. They immediately launch an attack and are ambushed when the rest of the Restoration Fleet arrives. The Anatos fleet is completely destroyed.

Military: BattleCentos detects a new massing of Restoration forces near Tychos, and moves to disrupt it. Not having been warned by Anatos of their previous ambush, the Centos fleet is destroyed. Faron is given the title "Tugah," meaning "the Mighty" by the grateful alliance.

Military: WarA weakened Anatos and Centos reluctantly request aid from Monsos in defeating the Restoration Republic. Monsos agrees in exchange for a guarantee of non-interference in future wars against other non Triad successor states. They immediately go on the attack, nearly destroying a Sanctuary before the Restoration Fleet arrives.

Technological achievementThe consortium responsible for Project Aurora begins construction of the Alpha class patrol ship. While larger and more advanced than anything in the U.E.A. fleet, the ships are to be used by the colonial companies for defense of their trade convoys.

Agreement of the Oligarchs
Diplomatic actionA meeting between the heads of the Thomason, Carruthers, and Gerard families occurs at a private island rented for the purpose. The rapid expansion of Earth's economy following contact with Kosos, and the technology transfer involved has strained the banks to the point of collapse. Many companies awarded conctracts would either see their contracts lost to other companies, or collapse due to mismanagement, with the loans taken out for their expansion left unpaid. As the only three oligarchs in charge of privately held companies and relatively little debt, the three agree to remove the increasingly corrupt U.E.A. government and replace it with a new one.

Restoration Republic Falls
Military: BattleFaron moves to bombard Monsos, only to find their fleet is away attacking his home Sanctuary. He chooses to continue his attack, destroying the Monsos shipyards. He falls back to his base, to find it under attack by Anatos and Centos. While attempting to fall back and retreat, Monsos forces jump into the system to block his escape. Faron remains with a small task force to tie the Triad forces down while the rest of the fleet flees. His flagship is last seen in the midst of an explosion, under fire from three World Destroyers.

Military actionAll consortium controlled Alpha class ships appear in orbit of Earth, demanding the surrender of the United Earth Alliance to the Terran Imperium. The Alliance initially refuses until their meager defensive fleet is swept aside.
