Arlint City Council was created during the Arlint's First Council, as well as the title of Arlint High Council.
The Arlint City Council created the Arlint City Watch in 380 to guard the city adn keep its people safe.
As Arlint grew so did stories of people getting lost in the nearby Coldmist Forest. The stories of people being lost turned to stories of people being killed as mutalated bodies started being found more and more often. It was during the fourth celebration of the settlement's founding, staged in the woods, that the people were shown thier true problem. The next day the City Council, headed by Gwenith Tvelty, planned a wall, with construction being completed four months later. The massive wall wrapped around two-thirds of the city and provided a small buffer-zone between the town and the forest to the south.
After the creation of the first wall around Arlint, the High Council of the time Gwenith Tvelty expanded the grounds of Arlint Keep by turning the wall into a surrounding building.
Created by Gwenith Tvelty the title was made to help structure the City Watch. The first posting was given to Colthon Eriken.
The Blockade of Arlint Bay was the first violent conflict between the human cities.
After a campaign agasint Arlint by the Osoletten Rowan Hrodgier, a new empire was created that spanned all of human territory.
The final transition of Arlint Keep into Lower Keep Academy, the largest educational institution in the human world, during Hrodgier's time as Emperor.
Named after Colthon Eriken, Eriken's Keep is the current headquarters of the Arlint City Watch.
The site that was once the Imperial Palace was refurbished and redesignated Dimri Hall. And is used as the meeting hall for the Arlint City Council
