Minor Dragons

Minor Dragons is the generalised species that encompasses all other types of Draconic beings that aren't true Dragons. From Sentient creatures like Dragonborn and Kobolds, to lesser Dragons like Wyverns, Drakes and Beastial Dragons. Minor Dragons is a general term used for these various speieces and as such, this page will only detail the shared traits of each, and each type of Minor Dragon will have an indepth detailed breakdown of their speices on a seperate page.   The types of Draconic creatures that are classed as Minor Dragons are:

• Wyverns , including Amphithere
• Drakes
• Wyrms , including Quetzalcoatl, Lindwyrms and Sea Serpents
• Dragon Turtles
• Leviathans
• Dragonborn
• Kobolds
• Gyst Braˈrro (Draconic, literal translation to Dragon Person)

• Ru'vi Gyst - Lesser Dragon

  The biological traits that all Minor Dragons share, is a connection to some Draconic magic and traits. The amount of Draconic magic avaliable to a creature or what Draconic traits they inherit is dependant on the type of Minor Dragon. Wyverns, whilst being able to fly, are unable to create a breath weapon, whilst Dragonborn, who can't fly, can create a breath weapon. The main trait that all Minor Dragons share are scales, the colour, density, placement and factors like fur, feathers and spines is however dependant on the type of Minor Dragon.
