Nicnevin

A member of the Courtly Fey, Nicnevin is the self-declared Witch Queen, sister and rival to Grimhild the Witch. Nicnevin is a large Hag clad in gray who rides on the sky on stormy nights, accompanied by a congregation of nymphs and ghosts. She can transform both land and sea, and specializing in acts such as glamoury, casting charms, diving the future, and magical travel. It is said that, in order to increase her power and influence among the Fey, she summoned the demon Dagon, Prince of Darkened Depths, and had him impregnate her. She gave birth to a boy and a girl anmed Tynan and Tinuviel, known as the Midnight Twins. As they grew, Nicnevin found that she could not control them. Fearing Dagon's wrath if she killed them, she banished them to the mortal world as changelings, binding them to the world as long as their mortal parents lived.
