Raywick Luminary
The Raywick Luminary is a province in the nation of Eliond comprising of the city of Raywick, the town of Greyfield, and the lands surrounding the two. It is ruled and operated by a council of minor nobles who work in tandem with the eastern coast chapter of the Adventurer's Guild.
Geography
The Raywick Luminary contains the following territories:
- Stormbreak Bay. Most of the northern and eastern shores of Stormbreak Bay fall under the Raywick Luminary's territory, save for a small parcel that was maintained by the Kalden Elevancy.
- Greyfield Coastal Plain. Nestled between the Soaring Mountains and the southern coast, these plains are a crucial travel point for those visiting Featherfall.
History
The Raywick Luminary was formed by the eastern coast chapter of the Adventurer's Guild after the discovery of the Undercroft led to rapid expansion of the city. Originally part of the Kalden Elevancy, Raywick was made independent after the Adventurer's Guild struck an accord with House Kalden, agreeing to provide unlimited access to Stormbreak Bay and Raywick's own waterfront. They also agreed to relinquish a section of the coast that would have fallen under Raywick's purview in exchange for control over the town of Greyfield and its surrounding territories.
