Ur-Gram

The Warchief of Soldiers

Ur-Gram used to travel alongside His brothers within the Helisian Wastes. As He had traveled, He eventually found kinship with Krimp, the Warchief of Creation. This led to Krimp utilizing the services of Ur-Edin to train soldiers to help establish a foothold in the Helisian Wastes. The military presence He exhibited in the Helisian Wastes had gained Him notoriety, and soon He joined Krakhorn, the Lord of Redemption, in His keep of Taz-Tugor as His Battlemaster. His mount is recognized as being a War Rhino.

Dogma

Ur-Gram is an abrasive troll. He prefers to break down weakness into its most raw form to build into strength from the ashes. The thrill of combat and to achieve glory are what Ur-Gram actively seeks. Ur-Gram resents those that are unable to commit to improving themselves.

Gaining Favor or Redemption

To gain favor with Ur-Gram, one has to always push themselves, seek glory in every task, and enlist in their military. To fail in these is to lose favor with Ur-Gram and redemption is only gained through the blessing of Krakhorn, the Lord of Redemption.

Ranking requirements

Only those who are of a divine ranking of 3 (Deacon) have earned the chance to worship Ur-Gram.   When an orc has embarked on many skirmishes, engaged in blood-pounding battles, or even rose within their ranks for their dedication and resolve in the military, they will be able to gain a further understanding of what it means to defend their nation and warband. Ur-Gram is oftentimes viewed as the Warchief of Soldiers due to how He presents Himself to others: a stalwart warrior that will seek the front lines of combat and wade through the enemy. With this in mind, for an orc to truly become a regimented soldier, they must rise within the ranks of their warband’s military. Gaining insight on Ur-Gram’s guidance and performing His tasks will earn His favor and eventually you earn His blessing of promotion. This promotion allows one's prayers to be heard from Ar-Saku, Az-Bror, and Ur-Edin. Religious promotion does not prevent one from praying to their prior deities and thus Ur-Gram, as well as the other Warchiefs, can still be sought for guidance.
