Prometheus

ACP (Autonomous Combat Platform) "Prometheus" is a 3810 series heavy platform housing a human based artificial intelligence program. Although the ACP itself was manufactured in 3810, the construct inside has been in service since 3749. The construct known as "Prometheus" is an intelligent program designed to emulate the function of a human brain. It effectively creates a conscious human mind, unhindered by the restraints of biology. With computing power magnitudes greater than that of an organic brain, the mind of a construct is able to operate much faster than a regular human. Able to process his senses almost instantly, Prometheus can choose how quickly he perceives the world, affording him much more time to think or react. Prometheus' consciousness is based on that of Malcolm Sutherland, a human fleet admiral who died in the 38th century. After the admiral's death, his mind was copied to a construct so that he could resume his duty to Centauri Fleet. Over the years Prometheus was installed into newer and more advanced platforms, culminating in his installation into the 3810 series he wears today. With technology from the peak of Ancient Humanity at his disposal, Prometheus has control of almost godlike powers, with his platform alone being unassailable by any modern surface force. This is before considering the vessel he resides in "Lightfling", an ancient military corvette. At only 200m long it is dwarfed by Cooperative Capital Vessels, yet is capable of unleashing armageddon upon those who provoke it. Unfortunately for Prometheus, Lightfling can no longer traverse the cosmos, and he is essentially confined to the Visca System. Prometheus seeks to gain access to restricted Cooperative databanks, which are only known of by a select few, including Fleet Controller Praema. Stored away inside are the coordinates to Ark Fleet, a massive armada containing a small remnant of Ancient Humanity. Held in stasis orbiting a black hole above the galactic plane, over half a million ancient humans waited for the Red Signal to be broadcast. Upon recieval, Ark Fleet would come online, shedding its eon long stasis and resuming Plan Oasis.
