Star Forest
Geography
The Star Forest lays in the southern parts of Nomardia. It is a mixed forest where birch, oak, copper beech, larch, etc.
Ecosystem
Only some of the trees drop some or all of their leaves during the dry season.
Ecosystem Cycles
The Star Forest goes through the four seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Leaves change color (or senesce) in autumn, fall off in the winter, and grow back in the spring; this adaptation allows its plants to survive cold winters.

Climate
The climate changes from season to season with it being more warm and dry at summer and more cold and wet in winter. Also the rain fall can change from season to season with it being more in spring or autumn then in summer or winter.

Flora: oaks, maples, beeches, birches, pines, firs, shrubs, hazelnuts, honeysuckle, mosses, ferns, herbs, lilies, violets^
