General Physical Condition
Ortis is a quite lean young man. He has brown hair, tanned skin, blue eyes and pink, purple, green and yellow runes on his shoulders.

Paralytic Scream: Ortis has the ability to create a paralytic scream that stuns opponents in the area around his giving him a chance to escape.
Longevity: Ortis will not physically age for thousands of years.
Healing Factor: Ortis has the natural ability to heal from injuries rapidly.
Burrowing: Ortis can burrow deep into the ground.
Armor: Ortis can curl into a ball to expose only his tough armor.
Superhuman Strength: Ortis is superhumanly strong. He is capable of lifting 15 tons.
Superhuman Stamina: Ortis advanced musculature generates considerably less fatigue toxins than the muscles of an ordinary human. He can exert himself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before fatigue begins to impair him.
Superhuman Durability: Ortis super-durable hide is six inches thick at its thinnest points. He is capable of withstanding temperature extremes, flames, acids, impacts up to anti-tank weaponry. His internal musculature and bone structure are enhanced with an armadillo's genetic material. This protects him from the kinetic forces of large impacts.
Peak Human Speed: He can move at speeds comparable to the finest human athletes.
Peak Human Reflexes: His reaction speed is comparable to the finest human athletes.
Claws: Ortis fingers end with extremely durable and non-retractable claws. Coupled with his strength, his claws are capable of rending most known materials. They are also highly effective digging tools that he uses to dig tunnels, even though basalt. His claws are sharp enough to rend steel and enable him to burrow at about eight feet per minute.
Skilled Combatant: Ortis has been trained as a professional wrestler. He has moves including the "Roadkill Slammer", wherein he rolls himself into a ball with only his shell exposed and barrels down his opponents.
Transformation: Ortis can change between his natural hybrid form and his full armadillo form at will.
