General Physical Condition

Athleticism: Jax has shown incredible signs of athletic abilities as seen as he's able perform multiple somersaults. He is also able to quickly attack an enemy while using a backflip when dodging. He's also able to perform a mid-air somersault. He has also show amazing displays of of athletic abilities while swimming.
Superhuman Stamina: Jax's stamina is extremely high that he has barley shown much exhaustion when fighting a large number of opponents.
Superhuman Strength: Jax is extremely strong that he is able to rip out someone's spine with their head still attached which is impossible for a human being to do.
Superhuman Durability: Jax's cold skin and superhumanly enhanced bodily tissues provide his much greater resistance to physical injury than an ordinary human. He can withstand great impact forces, falls from great heights, and small crossbow bolts without sustaining injury.
Superhuman Reflexes: Jax' reflexes are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Agility: Jax' agility, balance, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.
Regeneration: Jax can quickly regenerate all non-lethal damage. He can even heal damage that would be fatal to Humans.
