Timeless Terrace

Timeless Terrace (ocasionally reffered to simply as the Terrace) is the Primary Western district located at the city's Nine O'Clock position. The district consists of all of the land west of the primary divide, up to the Minute Circle Line city border. Like all Primary districts, Timeless Terrace is divided into halves by an arterial road; in this case the EW atery. Timeless Terrace is considered an area of rich history with a distinct feeling of "Small Town" living. It's a peaceful place lacking the industry of the Borough, the city hustle and bustle of the Metro, or the overwhelming magical influence of the Shire. It features a variety of building styles reflecting a distinct "Americana Moderna" theme spread between suburban neighborhoods and small town business streets. Strange arcane statues and overgrown spaces are occasionally found, particularly at the district's city border, but are paid little mind. As a Primary district, Timeless Terrace is zoned for business, industrial, and residential purposes; though residential entities make up a larger percentage of overall space used. In addition, the Terrace is represented by an elected representative who oversees this district, and assists in overseeing Mod Saga Commons (shared with the representative for Gearspire Borough) and Chronicle Crossroads (shared with the representative for Mythwood Shire) The Terrace connects to Ravens' Echo Trail at the city border, allowing trade and travel access to Mystralith.

Guilds and Factions

The Gleeful Gourmets

While officially a members only organization, the Gleeful Gourmets have historically been at least partially open to anyone with a vested interest in food and the way that food brings people together. The Gourmets are concerned with the preservation of traditional recipes and cooking techniques as well as the modern adaptations of those recipes over time. Most of the restaurants in the Terrace are certified by the Gourmets and competitions are held throughout the year by the group's organizers.

Vintage Vigilantes

A group of locals who take it upon themselves to protect Timeless Terrace from any threats, supernatural or otherwise. Not technically legal, but favorably viewed by the people. Members are expected to keep their identities a secret for the safety of themselves and others.

Trail Warden's Guild

The Wardens stand as guardians of the safety of the city with regards to its connection to Ravens' Echo Trail. Wardens pull triple duty in keeping unprepared residents from leaving the city, protecting the Terrace from anything that would attempt to come in from Mystralith, and assisting those adventurers brave or foolish enough to travel the road. Few jobs are taken as seriously as Trail Wardens

Cinema Paradiso

A vintage movie theater showing classic films, providing a nostalgic escape for the locals.

Whispering Woods Park

A wooded area with walking trails and hidden nooks. Legend has it that the trees here whisper tales from the past.

Hidden Hollow Antique Shop

A quirky antique store with a vast collection of items from different eras. Some say the shop owner has a knack for finding relics from the mysterious ruins.

Little Sundown

A small neighborhood at the city border, Little Sundown carries an old-timey western feel. Home of the Wardens, the neighbood operates with a particular rhythm reflecting the stoic and serious nature of their work. Still, as a hub near a transport road, the place manages to be lively in its own way hosting a number of hopeful and seasons adventurers.

Tourism

Much of the tourism seen by the Terrace involves seasoned or would-be adventurers seeking fortunes out beyond Ravens' Echo Trail or curious citizens looking to hear stories from beyond the city limits without taking the risk themselves.
