Uth Outpost

Next to the Southwind Fjord is the Uth Outpost looking out over the blasted plains to Uthran'gar. A small, rugged settlement located next to the frozen waters, its wooden walls blasted by the icy wind and snow. Inside the village there is little open space as all the wooden buildings are huddled together around the stone structure of the inn.
Its inhabitants are ice fishers, trappers and scouts, it's primary purpose serving as a way station for any that travel inland or across the continent. It doesn't belong to any clan in particular and doesn't have a formal government being too small of village but the local innkeeper often speaks for the people.

Important buildings

1. Ice Serpent Inn - the only local inn with rooms for a dozen people or more if they cram. The taproom is always filled with locals and they serve an icy ale made by filling barrels with a thick ale and leaving it out to get frozen.
2. Bjall's Bits 'n Bobs - the local general store sells food, tools and various common items. It serves as a hub for the local bone, fur and alchemical component trade.
3. Othgar Smithy - the local smith mostly makes tools but has some weapons and armor for sale. Can repair or craft common items.
4. Rennar's Herbs and Cures - a local herbalist that uses plants and special components for healing salves and remedies.
