This guildhall of arcane knowledge was established a few decades after the “Time of Fire,” roughly 600 years ago, when fire drakes from Mt Belemys caused much destruction. Scholars and arcanists gathered magical lore from various Ethereal Zones (planar gateways and rifts) in the Neoma region, however, specializing in fire drakes and dragons. The guildhall's main feature is a dozen fire drake skulls hanging from chains in the main library.

The chantry masters abandoned the Guidhall almost 50 years ago, but under Duke Anavras Edhelen's patronage, Enzo Reinhard reopened it. Enzo has found that many of the hall's books and artifacts are missing or damaged because of neglect. He is actively working to replace this lost knowledge.
